Why should you consider employing Norm to do the repairs or improvements to your home? I needed a room replastering and wooden floors laid in that room and the full length of the hall. A neighbour know Norm and he was working on her house doing similar work. I asked for a price and an estimation of when the work could be done. The quote was supplied promptly and broken down into its constitute parts and was very reasonable. We agrees on the price and starting date. Norm arrived the day before with his tools and to confirm access details. On the agreed day he arrived before 8, as agreed and worked throughout the day leaving everything perfectly tidy and a note informing me what had been done and his arrival time for the next day. The floor was well laid and the plastering on the walls perfectly smooth, some of the best work I have seen. On a later date I asked Norm to price a second job, very different from the first. This was the building of a small garden wall. Again the tools (and bricks) were delivered the day before and the work completed to a good standard. I would recommend Norm to anyone and would be willing to allow prospective employees to look at the completed work.

Norman has worked on every room in my house transforming a tired house into a beautiful home to be proud of. His work includes electrical work, plumbing, joinery and painting and decorating. We heard of Norman through word of mouth from a family member. We have now had Norman to work on four different jobs and once we have saved up, we intend to get him around in the spring for a new kitchen!

We first had Norman around to fit us some new bathroom taps and drains, as the old ones were leaking. To our surprise Norman came around promptly even though it was a Saturday and stayed to get the job done. His commitment to the task and quality of work was excellent.

The second time we enlisted Norman was to repair a broken window catch in our bathroom, as the old handle had snapped this was an urgent matter, as the window was not close-able nor unlock-able and again as luck would have it, this was again a Saturday but Norman was only to happy to come out and fix it for us.

The third time was a much bigger job Norman was to fit us a new boiler, radiator, thermostat, remove old heating system and plaster over all the holes. For this task Norman was not alone we got to meet his colleague Wolly. Again the standard of work from both of them was excellent and the price was extremely low for the amount of work we were getting. The house is now warm and I am sure the gas bill will reduce in price after all the new kit we have had expertly installed.

The fourth time we have employed Norman was to board out our loft, plaster a whole in a selling and install a loft ladder and light, again Normans work could not be faulted, both my wife and I are incredibly pleased with what Norman has achieved, Norman seems to tackle the job as if he were working on his own home. That being said we trust him implicitly and both my wife and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending employing Norman and his companys services for any of your home improvements no matter how big or small the job. We are sure that as we are, you will be more than happy with the result.
